⁕ to initiate the commission process, please complete my google form with the necessary information for me to create your piece.
⁕ disrespectful treatment while working together will not be tolerated.
⁕ you must be at least 18 years old to commission me.
⁕ i reserve the right to cancel a commission and refund the appropriate amount (please refer to the cancellation policy for details)!⋅˚₊‧ ଳ ‧₊˚ ⋅commission process & acceptance
my commissions are open on a rolling basis. i accept requests based on my personal interest in the project, rather than a first-come-first-served basis. feel free to resubmit your request if it's not accepted initially!⋅˚₊‧ ଳ ‧₊˚ ⋅payment
i take payment in full upfront through paypal, venmo and ko-fi (accepts most card types). please refrain from submitting commission forms solely to "reserve" a spot if you are unable to make the payment. repeated instances of this behavior may result in exclusion from future commissions!⋅˚₊‧ ଳ ‧₊˚ ⋅completion process & revisions
upon accepting your payment, for digital pieces, i will aim to complete your piece within 2 weeks. for plushie projects, or printed/traditional pieces that require shipping, it will be completed within 4-5 weeks (please look at shipping policy for more information). you're welcome to request minor edits to the artwork. for substantial alterations or revisions that significantly impact the piece, additional charges may apply, which we can discuss!⋅˚₊‧ ଳ ‧₊˚ ⋅delivery & posting
once your commission is ready, i will send it directly to you via email as a PNG and JPEG. for projects that require shipping, I will send a photo of the finished product along with the tracking number. with your permission, i may choose to share the piece on my social media accounts. if you prefer not to have your artwork posted, please specify this in your commission form. you're welcome to share the piece on your own social media with proper credit to me, catnoli or a link to the posted piece.⋅˚₊‧ ଳ ‧₊˚ ⋅cancellation policy
cancellation fees vary depending on the stage of the commission process:
⁕ if you cancel before making the initial payment, there is no charge.
⁕ if you cancel while i'm actively working on your piece, i will refund 50% of your payment.
⁕ cancellation is not possible once the piece is in its final stages of completion.⋅˚₊‧ ଳ ‧₊˚ ⋅shipping policy
for pieces that can fit in an envelope, they are shipped in untracked envelopes thru USPS! delivery time will depend, but will usually arrive in 1–5 business days! if you'd like tracking, please let me know and i can include it in your invoice. for pieces that are larger, i will ship it thru USPS ground advantage with tracked shipping. usually arrives within 2-5 business days.⋅˚₊‧ ଳ ‧₊˚ ⋅final notes
